GUIPOS, Zamboanga del Sur (April
24, 2018) – The operating personnel of Guipos MPS conducted police operation
(service of warrant of arrest) at Purok Ipil-Ipil, Barangay Canunan of the said
municipality Monday at 3:20pm.
The operation resulted to the
successful arrest of Danilo Alajenio Alboroto, 47 years old, married, fish
vendor and a resident of said place.
Subject person has pending warrant
of arrest for the crime of theft docketed under Criminal Case No. 470-05 issued
by Hon. Marciana Q Degema, Judge of Municipal Trial Court In Cities, Branch 1,
Ilo-Ilo City dated August 14, 2006 with bail bond recommended in the amount of
ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00).
The accused is now temporary detained at Guipos
